Beginning her career on the frontlines of retail, she has influenced sales growth, talent development, and operational effectiveness at iconic brands like L Brands, Estée Lauder, Marshall Field’s, Saks, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, and Nordstrom.

Additionally, with over a decade of consulting experience, Carrie has advised organizations such as New Balance, T-Mobile, JCPenney, At Home, CAVA, Coast Guard Exchange, Pandora, and Sally Beauty — helping them streamline operations, shape culture, and scale with confidence.

Beyond retail, she has partnered with health and wellness businesses — including chiropractors, compound pharmacies, and IV drip studios — empowering them to optimize business processes, enable expansion, and build sustainable growth models.

Anna Kenney

Anna brings a rare blend of merchandising fluency, operational expertise, and customer psychology to help retail organizations bridge the gap between strategic vision and profitable execution.

Her foundation was built at Victoria’s Secret PINK, where she learned the art of product storytelling and innovation-driven merchandising while helping launch the PINK Yoga business and develop speed-to-market models that reshaped brand operations.

At Walgreens, she streamlined processes across Frozen Food, Ice Cream, and Bakery categories—transforming product-to-shelf efficiency and strengthening her ability to turn operational complexity into clarity.

Her time in Key Account Sales at Adidas sharpened her strategic influence skills, helping cross-functional teams expand category presence while protecting authentic brand positioning.

After Adidas, Anna followed her passion for teaching and transformation into consulting, helping retail and consumer brands solve their most pressing challenges—from software implementation and merchandising process design to capability-building and team training. Of note, she helped design a Merchandising Academy for a $5B sneaker brand, equipping merchants with the skills to think strategically, act commercially, and execute with precision.
