A national retailer recognized the need to elevate its district and area leadership teams to drive consistent results, build high-performing stores, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. While strong talent existed, leaders lacked a shared leadership language and practical tools to coach effectively, hold teams accountable, and sustain performance over time.

Thread Advisory Group partnered with the client to design and deliver a High-Performance Leadership Program that was tailored and branded specifically for the organization.

• Custom Coaching Framework – A branded model that gave leaders clear principles, practical steps, and techniques to elevate coaching conversations.

• Sustainment Tools – A coaching toolkit, self-assessment, and 30-Day Leadership Plan to help leaders embed new behaviors into daily practice.
• Thread Aromasticks – A branded “WorkWell” focus tool designed to sharpen executive function, clear mental clutter, and energize leaders. With every breath, participants were reminded to organize, prioritize, and stay on task—anchoring the program’s practices in a tangible, sensory way.
