A growing national specialty retailer wanted to help its Showroom Managers become more self-aware and intentional in how they lead their teams. While managers brought different strengths and levels of experience, the organization saw an opportunity to help leaders better understand their natural tendencies and equip them with practical tools to adapt how they coach, communicate, and lead based on the needs of different people and situations.
